I need to write a book.
I need to write a book, or at least write my story of events in my life. I need to tell people how I overcame the odds that were stacked up against me, and how I got to where I am today in my life, and I need to say it in such a way that people can relate to, as they know it will be real.
I'm missing my Mother and Father.
As every year passes since the passing away of my mother and father, I'm starting to realise how much I really miss them. It never gets easy for me to deal with them not being here, but one of the things that keeps me going is the desire in my heart to never shame their memory, by acting in such a way that would bring shame to the family name. What else helps me to get through each day is the love that my wife gives me, and her unfailing support she gives me with her wisdom. She always helps me to see and realise how things really are, and I know that together we can overcome all the obstacles and trials in our lives that come our way. On a lighter note, Mary and I put up the Christmas tree and ornaments, and also set up the Christmas lights out the front of our place. Mary and I are really getting into the Christmas spirit, and can't wait to have a quiet celebration in our home.
