Whoopy doo.

whoopee do. In November, I went to a union rally in the city. At least the company didn't have to pay us for the four hour's we were gone. I'm not convinced that these socialist union parasites always act in our best interest. Whenever there is a strike, or a stop work meeting, the administration in the AMWU continue to be paid. I don't think any of those in the AMWU administration send any of there kids to public school. They all look like they were born with silver spoons in there mouths and never felt the pain of poverty in there life. Bloody hypocrite's.

Being Sunday, this is where Craig and I go to church.

Image
It is called "THE CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST OF LATTERDAY SAINTS". The chapel is in breaside, and we go to Springvale Ward. I think it looks like a brick shed with a tin roof.

My brother & I went to the Royal Melbourne Show in September and this is one of the things that we saw.

Saturday 8th October 2005 A lot has happenned since April. Since there is to much to say what happenned in any great detail, I will just give a breif overview instead. My great Aunty Edna died at the end of May, my mum had an operation on monday, and my brother and I were called as Ward Missionarrie's in April or May. Keep safe until next time. Goodbye.

I did nothing all day. Sunday 24th April I went to an Elder's quorum presidency meeting at 9:30am. It finished at 10:30am. At 12:30pm Craig and I left to go to church at 1:00pm. It finished at 4:00pm. Monday 25th April Being Anzac day, I spent the day reflecting on the sacrifice that so many people made with their lives in order that we would enjoy the freedom's that we have today. Day's of reflection like these play an important part in letting us know why we are who we are and how we came to be the way that we are today. All though these event's happened years before I was born, I never take the meaning behind Anzac day for granted. As well as reflecting on past sacrifices, Craig and I received a visit from our brother James Leslie Woodford. He is building up a business for himself on...

Friday 15th April Last day of work for the week. Yippee. Saturday 16th April Did my laundry. Made Moracon spiced chicken, with vegetables. Had some for dinner and it was nice. Sunday 17th April Had leftovers from last night, and shared it with my brother for lunch. After lunch. Craig and I went to church. At church I was interviewed by the elder's quorumn president and put on assignment to be the elder's quorumn secretary. There goes my day's of doing nothing at church. Darn. Monday 18th April Went to work sick, and did I feel bad. At least I felt better as the day went by. When I got home from work, I ate and relaxed a bit and then Craig and I had family home evening. Monday 4th April 2005

Friday 1st April 2005 Besides James from Jim's Mowing coming around to mow the lawns, I did nothing all day. Saturday 2nd April 2005 Did nothing all day. Sunday 3rd April 2005 Instead of going to Springvale Ward today, Craig and I went to Blackburn Ward. Steve's wife, Sonya had just recently given birth to a baby boy, so today I was able to witness the naming and blessing of my newest nephew. I was asked by Steven to participate, but I had to decline as I knew that recent transgressions had made me unworthy to participate in such a holy ordinance. Seeing the dissapointment on my parents faces was a terrible thing for me to see. I felt like a failure in there eyes, for I know that with a little effort on my part I could have been worthy to participate with my brothers. From this day forth I will do everything in my power to make my self a worthy servant of the lord, as I know that this will help me to live a life of happiness. I never want to miss this opportunity again. Monday ...

Thursday 31st March 2005

Since I am still on holiday. I did nothing all day, except pay the rent and wash my clothes.

Wednesday 30th March 2005

Friday 25th March Craig and I eventually left in the afternoon. We thought we might take a shortcut to the hume freeway. That was a mistake. Good Friday was almost over by the time we got to mum and dads place. Saturday 26th March Just another lazy Saturday afternoon. Since I was too late getting easter eggs, I went to the corner store with my nephew William Woodford, and bought some chocolate bars. A bit of a cop out, but at least I got something. Sunday 27th March Went to church in Wangaratta with the family. My brother and his kids were giving the talks. Shame on me for going to sleep while they were doing it. Maybe I ought to sleep more at night, so I have more energy during the day time. Monday 28th March Still at mum and dads place. Except for washing my clothes, I did nothing all day. Tuesday 29th March Left mum and dads place in the morning to go back down to melbourne. Took our niece Julie with us and left her at her mums place after spending the afternoon there eating pizza f...

Friday 25th March 2005

Wednesday 23rd March Work day as usual, but after work Craig and I saw a movie at Village cinemas in Dandenong called Constantine. The movie was dumb, and it wasn't one of Keanu Reeves better movies. Thursday 24th March After work I got my self a new electric shaver. After trying it out, I have decided to never use a blade razor again. Friday 25th March The day hasn't really started yet, but Craig and I will be going up to Mum and Dads place for the Easter weekend, and returning to Melbourne on Tuesday 28th March.

Tuesday 22nd March 2005

Today I went to work. Nothing else to add.

Monday 21st March 2005

Thursday 17th March My draws arrived home and now I'm starting to live like a human being instead of out of a suit case. Friday 18th March I went to work. Saturday 19th March I washed my clothes in the morning, and then Craig and I went to the city in the afternoon. In the city we came across a greek festival being held in Lonsdale street. Sunday 20th March Did nothing all day. Monday 21st March I went to work. After work Craig and I checked out computer shops for hard drives. When we got home I got on to my computer and wrote this blogg entry.

Daily life until Tuesday 15th March 2005

Friday 4th March, I went to work. Saturday 5th March, I did nothing. Sunday 6th March, I was sick and stayed home from church. Monday 7th March I went to work, and after work and dinner Craig and I had family home evening. We watched a church video on Jesus Christ. Tuesday 8th-10th March were normal working days. Friday 11th March, I went to work, and after work I packed my bags and went to Mum and Dads place for the long weekend. On Saturday 12th March, I spent most of the day in bed because I was sick. Sunday 13th March, I went to church at Wangaratta branch with mum, dad, Craig and Rod and Penny and family. Before church I leant Craig a tie with the galloway tartan colours on it. I told dad that I plan to get a kilt, and he said that he would like one too. That, I will do. Monday 14th March, I updated the genealogy records on mum and dads computer with updated family files from Uncle John. I also loaded PAF files from a floppy disk that dad had in the house concerning the Woodford s...

Thursday 3rd March 2005

On my way home from work, I decided to stop by the bank and get $20 out for my brother Craig's 35th birthday. While he went out to get McDonalds, I decided to cook my self steak and vege's. After dinner, I had my self a tub of Lemon Sorbet for desert. I then watched a bit of tv to wind down at the end of the day, before going to bed. That concludes another day in the life of Alistair Brett Woodford.

Wednesday 2nd March 2005

Got up . Went to work. Paid the rent. Watched TV. Went to bed. Pretty much a standard day.

Tuesday 1st March 2005

Last night I got about 3-4 hours sleep. Still not good enough to be fully functional at work. As a result, my work suffered. I'll get to bed much earlier tonight. If I go to bed now, I should get about five and a half hours sleep. Goodnight.

Monday 28th February 2005

Today was my first day on day shift. Since I was afraid that I would sleep in and be late for work, I spent the whole night worrying about it and didnt get any sleep at all. I still felt better than if I had a full nights sleep, and continued to do afternoon shift. I am totally convinced that man is designed to sleep at night, and work during the day. After work, I went home so that I could make dinner for my brother and the missionaries. After dinner, Mum and Dad called up and wished me happy birthday. I always love hearing from my parents, because its nice to know how much they care about me. Finally I had a shower. Wrote this blogg, and went to bed. So now I must say goodnight.

Sunday 27th February 2005

Got up. Did the the usual daily rituals. Went to church. Made it home. Went to bed at about 9:00pm to 9:30pm. And that is how my day went. Goodbye.

Saturday 26th February 2005

My brother Craig and I decided to go for a cruise through Patterson Lakes and Carrum. We had fish and chips by the edge of Patterson river, fed the seagulls, did a bit of walking and generally admiring all the scenery. On our way home, we stopped by Breaside chapel for a Saturday afternoon activity that included veiwing "The Legend Of Johny Lingo". That makes for a much better day than just sitting in the house all day and doing nothing. I look forward to filling my day with more things to do on a Saturday.

Friday 25th February 2005

Today was my last day on afternoon shift. Now that I have my life back, I'll have to make good use of it.

Thursday 24th February 2005

Work wasnt so bad today. I was informed that I could start day shift on Monday. Finally I get to work and live like a normal human being. Sure am looking forward to the change.

Wednesday 23rd February 2005

Today it got to 35 degrees celcius. To hot for walking, so I caught the train to work instead. After work when the weather cooled down, I walked home via the supermarket where I got some ice cream to have as a cool snack. Sure am looking forward to summer being over. Cant stand this heat.

Tuesday 22nd February 2005

I walked to work, did my work, then caught a taxi home. I have come to realise that maybe I cant walk to work every day, due to the fact that I start work in the hottest time of day. Weather permitting, I will walk to work, but since I finish work at 10:30pm, I can walk home from work every day. When I got home, I watched a bit of tv, checked my email, then went to bed. That concludes another boring day in the life of Alistair Brett Woodford.

Monday 21st February 2005

I decided to walk to and from work today for a change. This is a permanent change, as it saves me a lot of money in transportation costs and keeps me fit and healthy at the same time. As well as that, I recieved an email from my Uncle John concerning genealogy. Other than that. My day was pretty much like any other day at work.

Sunday 20th February 2005

I was meant to go to church today. As I was not feeling well, I decided to stay home in bed instead. I will do better next week. Other than that. Today was pretty much a waste of time.

Daily life of Alistair Brett Woodford
